+ Event Details

18th Jan,2018

Resuscitology

(For EM postgraduates, trainees and practitioners)

Delegates will be divided into groups and will be presented with multiple scenarios of patients requiring resuscitation. The scenarios will cover the full spectrum of sick emergency patients: trauma, toxicology, sepsis, etc. encompassing diagnosis, monitoring, ventilation and therapy.

The method to the madness of resuscitation will be purely non-didactic. Delegates will be challenged with cases that are not so straight-forward and will be guided through their resus plans taking the discussion beyond basics. Fundamentals of Resuscitology will be discussed and presented with cutting edge evidence to push your boundaries of thought beyond basics.
